My Story

A ketogenic lifestyle can heal a plethora of conditions with weight loss as a side effect!! Hi, my name is Minia and I love being a Certified Ketogenic Coach!  In July 2017, I started a Ketogenic lifestyle and it was the best thing I could have done for myself.  I was living with Type 2 Diabetes, morbid obesity, high blood pressure and an overall feeling of lethargy.

My mother also had Type 2 Diabetes which caused end-stage renal failure for her.  Dialysis is where she ended up and it took a toll on her body.  Sadly, she succumbed to this disease, and I lost my mother.  I don’t want the same for my children – I want to be there for my kids and grandkids …so I’m going down fighting! The side effects I’ve experienced from a Ketogenic lifestyle are:

My Values & Beliefs

I reached a pre-diabetic status after more than 10 years of full-blown diabetes and I’m still healing.

I no longer have high blood pressure.

I have more energy.

I’ve lost 60 lbs.

I have not had a headache in almost 2 years

My joints no longer hurt

The heartburn is gone, gone, gone!

My complexion better and people compliment on how much younger I look
